We are 1st Mitcheldean Brownies! We are part of Castiard District, Forest North Division in Gloucestershire.

Brownies are for girls aged between 7 and 11 (younger girls can go to Rainbows - for ages 5-7, and older girls to Guides - ages 10-15, and Senior Section - ages 14 to 25).

We sing songs, play games, cook and eat things, work on our Adventure/Adventure On Books and work towards interest badges. In the summer and autumn we try to get outside for games, or a treasure hunt perhaps.

We especially like food things and messy things!

Sometimes (often) our meetings are a bit mad! Ask someone about our contribution to the Splash! challenge in 2004 or our infamous sleepovers in 2 hours!

We have strong connections with 1st Coaley Brownies and their guider helped us go on pack holiday in 2006 and 2007 and will probably be with us again in 2009 - Thanks Piglet!
