Following a very positive response from some parents/girls we have booked some places at the Stargazer event in Bristol on 28th January. There are still some consent forms outstanding, please, bring it in this Thursday (26th January).

This half term we are going to be doing some of the challenges from a resource called "Night at a Museum". Some of our @Bristol visit will go towards it and we'll also be doing various animal related activities - very apt! Hopefully you'll all earn the badge by the end of January.

We have also been asked if the girls from Nicola's previous Brownie unit - up North, can write letters to you and if we would write back to them. So later in the term, we will be writing and telling them out our Brownies and the lovely Forest of Dean.

It was lovely to welcome three new girls into our brownie unit last week some of whom are our very first intake from our own, Mitcheldean rainbows.

We'd just like to thank Beard and Tandy for organising a lorry and driver to take our growing aluminium collection to the recycling company.
